hi ppls
im thinking about putting a walky kit on vl v8 calais
and would like to know where to get a good quality kit(so it fits and looks the goods)
and also price for the kit and the fit up

Ummm depends on colour etc.... but u prolly will need a complete car respray, or the kit will look different...
can rang from a few thousand, to 5-6k etc...
so add another 4k or so for a re-spray... u wont get much change out of 10k if any at all...
thats if u want it done properly though....
also the kit may need a bit of work to make it fit properly and smooth...

Top Gear in Townsville can supply one. I got replacement side skirts for #149 and fit perfect. i can look for a number if ur interested

Its the fitting and painting that makes it expensive mate, not the price of the kit. Mine cost $10k all up (in NZ 5 years ago though)... cost of the kit alone I think was $2,200

i got mine from SSV in sydney. Bloke was really good and sent it to me for just over 3k off the top of my head.
As everybody has said all the money goes into the prep and paint. The kit arrives pretty rough because they make them to order from a mould. Any questions just PM me.
