getting my engine rebuilt soon and need 2 know what rings would b best,just getting a basic rebuild with cp forged pisons,new rod bolts etc.the workshop was going 2 use moly rings,and i plan on running around the 20 pound mark,will they b ok 2 use or is there any other options??also instead of aftermarket lifters can i get my genuine ones reco'd??
