WHY WOULD YOU CUT HOLES IN YOUR CAR?? Here is a brief run down. We sell Hybrid kits, but they require 1 hole to be cut in the chassis (ILLEGAL), they require you to remove the air con and they require you to remove your air box (pod filter and intercooler in many states is ILLEGAL). BUT there is not really any other cheap option.... Or is there??? We have developed a kit from scratch to your specifications. The front mount intercooler measures 600*230*76mm's and uses Trust style end tanks. The end tanks are polished aswell as the piping, the piping is also mandrel bent aluminium and has minimal visable weld marks (as seen in the pictures). The pipe work is all 2.5" and is designed to support 300+ rwkw's. The kits allow you to keep aircon, keep your stock airbox, and there is no need for any holes to be cut in your car!! We deal direct with the factories in Asia and also deal direct with the customers (you guys) to help keep the prices down. This kit will retail for $649 but is available for calaisturbo.com users for $599. - The calaisturbo.com price is only $599 for the complete kit (including polished mandrel bent aluminium pipeing, 1x 600*230*76mm polished bar and plate intercooler with trust style end tanks (made to our specifications to suit the VL), all silicone hoses, clamps, bolts, etc. - Freight: (by registered post with full insurance) VIC: $30 SA/NSW: $45 QLD: $50 WA/NT: $70 How to order:[/b] - Please make payment to us (price varies depending on when you order, please see below for the cost) + freight (freight costs are just above), all of our payment details can be seen here: http://www.gktech.com.au/details.asp?Step=5 - Once payment is made please fill in this form and either email it to us at [email removed] or fax it to us on (03) 836 09153 http://www.gktech.com.au/vl.doc - If you have any questions about ordering please feel free to send me a PM, send us and email or give me a call us on 1800 GKTECH (458 324). And pictures of the newly developed kit: NOTE: ---- The kit will comes with either black or blue silicone hoses (you can choose at time of placing your order) ---- The kits are all bead rolled on the edges of all the piping to ensure no pipes pop off under high boost levels. ---- Also note that the top pipe which goes to the throttle body (the main pipe that is visible) has NO [ZERO] visable weld marks. ONLY $599 for calaisturbo.com users!! cheers, Greg Kruse - GK Technologies www.gktech.com.au (http://www.gktech.com.au) Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Just a couple of questions.. You obvioulsy have to cut the reo of the front bar don't you?? Do the brackets that bolt the reo onto the chassis of the car get in the way of piping etc?? And is cutting the reo illegal?, as wouldn't it take some of the structual impact integriy of the car away? I like the look of these kits i'm just hesistant to cut up the reo of the bar.. cheers, Alex.

As you've said, this is illegal to do, and our kit is 100% LEGAL!! The intercooler bolts onto the light support and is VERY easy to install. If there's anything else I can help you with, please let me know. great kit greg, everything fits nicely, only extra thing you need to do is drilll 2 holes for the cooler and get a longer rubber hose for the vacum thingy. the kit is a little tight making tightening clamps cramp. but nothing to worry about. took me close to 5 hours to install. lol. too much mucking around. Guys, the price for the kit is amazing. anyone out there after a simple bolt on fmic kit you cant get better then this. value for money. was so excited quickly put on headlight and took it for a spin. 6psi with a pod now and i get this sick ass flutter. mate lives on a service road and gunning it up and back. saw a celicasupra turbocharge on the main road. lol. he was giving me a look. think he wanted to run. lol anyways did it at a mates house so didnt have my camera handy. but i'll post a pic of my bay soon. i'm also gonna be putting the afm in the cooler pipe sometime this week. i'll let you guys know how it goes. i'm not after a fast car, just want to run stock boost and have a loud flutter thanks heaps greg

5 hours lol. i dont thaink they will all take that long. it took me about an hour and a half to two hours to have the kit fitted up. the rest of the time i needed was to change rocker cover and switch baffles and to cut my front bumper. its a group a bar which does need some, actually quite a bit of trimming.
