So I went thru the E-tag lane tonight on the Sydney harbor tunnel, but I dont have an E-tag. How do I go about paying for it before I get smacked with the fine?

Yeah its true. If you dont have an aqctual e-tag in your car and you go through it, they send you a little 'ticket' for it. Its not really even a ticket, you just have to pay the toll fee and then another $10 or so on top. But im pretty sure if you call up within 48 hours of doing it and tell them your rego plates and stuff they cancel it and yeah (this might be for M7 only, but i think its for all), im not too sure how the whole thing works. But call them up and see what the go is.
