I'v got a Crane spark booster and coil, with ICE leads.(ICE are the best,in moorabbin i think) Just because i got a good price. MSD booster would be just as good. ICE coils are good but high in price. I upgraded mine because gas needs a good spark, but what's your reason? Are you well over the 200rwkw mark? Cause anything under that for petrol could be a waste of $$$ Also; the spark power is alot more! I was moving the leads around a bit and bang- blacked out for a second and my knees hit the front bumper. LOL! I don't touch the leads while the engine is running any more Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i'm looking at running a 6A, what should i run with it for 300rwkw? Will it be fine with everything else standard or should i get something else to take full advantage of the msd?

A 20yo Ignition system does have it's faults, though. A good, strong ignition system will cure many engine mishaps you might suspect. Your car will run a lot smoother, you will gain a little KW and it will be a little easier on petrol. Good upgrade I say.

Thats right its not all about chasing power its how the cars run through the rev range. Made a huge difference to me down low.

Ive used MSD 6A and 6AL.. hate driving a car without one, they are aweosme units and make the engine feel so smooth.
