Has anyone out there done, or know if it's possible to put the fuel filter before the fuel pump? I mean between the lift pump and the high pressure pump. Just working on my surge tank set up at the moment and I would rather do it that way if it's possible. And also, I bought a new bosch 910 fuel pump and it has a screw in fitting at the outlet of it, it has some holes on the thread of it kinda like a bango bolt. Does anyone know what this is? I was thinking it's the check valve to hold pressure in the system when you turn the engine off. So if I would need to keep it, where do I get something to screw onto this to get it running? Thanks.

keep the filter after the hi-pres pump , the internal pump has a sock/filter on it , and the inlet of ur 910 has a gauze/filter too i think. piss that brass fitting with holes etc off , get a speedflow one way valve on it.

O.K, so where would I go about getting a speedflow check valve? Repco or something? Went to a fittings specialist today and they didn't have anything.
