Just wondering what is a good price on R32GTR front brakes, calipers and disks in very good condition??? And what are thoughts on these brakes

calipers should set you back around $300 mark for a good set... for the rotors really it really depends on the brand are they slotted etc how much meat is left on them.. The brakes are damm good and are 4 pot... and they are worth the money IMHO.. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

bhaha anything thats off a GTR is good 300 seems like a good price.... hmm why dont ppl do it more often? what needs to be changed to allow the GTR brakes on? wouldnt the new holes need to be drilled as the 'pcd' or whatever its called would be different? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

If your only after 4-pots it would be much cheaper, and equally effective, to use RX7 calipers with VLT rotors as the GTR rotors will require you to convert to a floating style hub. That said, to answer your question I'd say about $800 for the calipers and rotors.

how much time and work is involved in fitting either the rx-7 or gtr brakes and what rotors have to be put on with either setup?

You can use either VL style or VT style discs with the GTR callipers, you just need calliper mounting brackets to suit the discs you end up using. I have VN GrpA 330mm discs with my Skyline callipers. I would assume that the RX7 callipers or any other non standard calliper would be the same deal. You would just need adapter plates to suit your setup.

Most of my braking is hard so if I was to use slotted's pads wouldnt last very long at all. They may look better but for my application they would be completely unsuitable. I'm using QFM RB2 pads which I recommend highly! Claimed to be better than Bendix Ultimates without the dust and without the rotor wear. I can vouch for their being very little dust, but havent used them long enough to see any rotor wear yet. As for the bite, I'll just say its very good! All pads, rotors, and caliper brackets were bought through VHR32 for very reasonable prices. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I've been trying to get some adapters out of VHR32 for ages! I reckon his kits are in fairly high demand. Good to see the end result on yours is worth the wait. VLHERO, R U using the std master or a 1"?

Came with everything needed to do the conversion (adaptors, bolts, washers, banjo bolts, 10mm allen key) all for the awesome price of $250. I'm using a 1" master and double diaphram booster.
