hi all, just wondering how i take the doors off a vl? there seems to be a pin thing in the hinges???? how do i get that out?? thanks d

get a door pin tool, its juts a bolt with a small round nut with a rod, stick the rod under the bolt then you hit the rod with a hammer.

Go to thompsons spare parts or any car parts mob and ask for a door hinge pin remover. As mentioned, you have a skinny bolt looking thing that slides in the pin, and then you put a small nut type thing on the bottom of it and you put a bar onto that and smack the hell out of it with a hammer. If I was you I would probably remove your front guards. and then give all your hinges are real good soaking in wd-40 overnight and have a go then. Top hinge you hit downwards, and bottom hinge you hit upwards. Have fun!
