Hello I just removed some Valves and Springs out of a RB30 head today and im wondering how i can get the Valve Guides out. Im aware there might be a special tool involved but is there another way of doing it. Cheers Con

You have to put the head on the road and drift over it, that will get the guides out!

Hehe funny guys, seriously you need to actually press them out with a special press and in some cases actually drill them out with special sized drill bits. My question is do you realise when new ones are pressed in they need to be reamed to fit your valve stems? Best left to a engine reco place to do em hey.
