Can anyone help? I have been told that I may have a vaccum leak as the control for the direction of air flow (windscreen defrost, feet, face etc), doesn't seem to be working. Only works on feet. Where do I look for leak? I also have bad exhaust fumes coming inside, where do I look for this?
Shaz

the ball is storage for vacuum so when the engine shuts off you can still use the controls until the amount in the ball is depleted to check this just spray the ball with nifty or something like that and blow into the hose and see if it bubbles up but it's more likely that the vac hoses on the back of the rotating switch itself have come off

the vaccume ball is for use when you have wide open throttle or when the motor has no vaccume so it dosnt go to foot or screen (cant rembember).
the inline one way valve usuley buggers up there like 50c for anywhere so give that a try, and also they only work one way so try swaping it arround again......
