14-08-06, 21:19 GMT+10#10 Yea i found a workshop that will do it (thanks shane), There called rage racing there number is [phone removed].
They did a ruff quote on the gas injection setup it came to $5000 drive away all tuned up with enough gas to run 400rwkw .
The gas injection setup is diferent to GAS-747 set up, he uses a carby type setup, the setup im going for actualy use's injectors that sit in the stock location, give better km to the litre, get a better tune, easier to get power out of.
With the goverments $3000 grant thats only $2000 you have spend on a system that will make 400rwkw with the right bolt-ons.
But with the carby type setup your looking at about $3000.

Any thoughts as to the best option for a stock VLT that will remain a stock VLT?

I can't see the govt. giving you a rebate on a pair of 044s and a set of GTR injectors!

15-08-06, 00:21 GMT+10#14 Is there much power loss with the change to injected gas? My car is fairly stock and will stay that way for a while, I just want to be able to afford to drive it more.

nah man i cant see why you would lose power u might even pick up some with good tuning.

15-08-06, 14:52 GMT+10#18 cant see how you would lose power at all. Like DeVL said you may pick up more power, especially seeing as gas has a higher RON than premium fuel.........go on steve tell me i'm wrong
