Hey i was wondering where there are any places in the SYD area where i can paint my VL, just to make it reasonable (not showroom material) Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I'd have a look around your local area at a few sprayers' workshops, looak at some of the sprayed cars in the carpark and try to suss out which u think do the best work for a reasonable price. I ended up paying heaps for my Senator, but they did a great job... PM if u want details... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

What colour? Doing it the same colour? 2Pac or Acrylic? Whole car full respray or just outer shell (doors, boot, roof etc)? Will you be rubbing and prepping the caror will the painter be doing it? How much are you looking at spending?

They had the car for two weeks, and the last two days it was there, all they did was have an apprentice buffing it! Not sure how much less it would be if you BYO paint.. I think that Auto1, Supercheap auto and bunnings do paint jobs. Go there and ask for 30 cans of matt black spray paint and a roll of masking tape. Carl Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

For a decent paintjob at bellevue your looking at 8G......go to some lebbos get it done and you will pay 3-4G and you will be selling the car soon enough or taking it back to a decent painter to get it done properly. Thats just if your a fussy c*nt.....if you dont really care and just want something that looks good on the street....then go for a cheaper one. The cheaper one will still look good , but its the fine details like little runs and pits and stuff, and the way everything is put back together that will set them apart.
