I've been running these brakes and rotors for ages with my hand cut brackets. I recently got some laser cut for a friend, and some more for myself. Now the laser cutters have the program they can make as many as i want so i thought i would put it out there. If i can get a few ppl to do a batch i'll do it. So i made them from 12mm mild steel with a 8mm aluminium spacer. They will only work with the r32 gts caliper (z32, s14 are the same i think). R32 gtr and r33 gts have longer tags that clash with the vl mount so dont work. Using the 330x32mm VT rotor and a conversion hub, DBA048. The caliper is to suit a 30mm rotor, but just fit over the 32mm with new pads. Mine lined up perfectly but i cant garrentee it'll work for everyone as bearings can vairy the position. U can get the rotors machined down. They'll work with a vn grpA rotor aswell but they are thinner and slightly differen't offset so needs a different spacer thickness. I can offer a few variation in the position of the caliper. The rotor can be machined down to 324mm (just clashes, easily cleared) or anything in between. To get full pad coverage requires the caliper machining out, or you can leave it overhanging (not that great). And i can get them cut out of whatever, higher grade steel, stainless, aluminium. What ever thickness. But it's up to you if it too light, i take no responcibility! Here's a pic of the laser cut bracket And a pic of my caliper machined out for full pad coverage. Supply 2 brackets and 2 aluminium spacers only, $100. For material other than 12mm mild steel it will be abit more? Cheers, Darren. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Are these engineerable? Surely you've done your research to make sure their road legal.

me, do something leagally, pfff... Well they've been fine on my car with race tyres ect. And 87calais bought some that were 'adr' approved and they were the same, 12mm m/s. So thats my research, so yeah i think they would pass. If not, i can get them cut from 14mm high tensile!

I can tell you Darren's work is excellent. Good quality at a very reasonable price. I'm running S15 calipers with 324mm VT rotors, and Darren's adapter and spacers. Very happy with it. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

hey twinvl, good work on ya car i see that you are running 16" sv5000(i think) wheels over your beake setup, do you know if walky wheels will fit over them cheers

16's are too small really... I've taken abit off the outside of the caliper to give me less than 1mm clearance to the wheel. I have no idea if walky's will fit, but if u went for 324mm rotors i think there would be a chance? The sv5000 rims are pretty good for area inside, i would have to shave the 'NISSAN' off the front of the caliper to fit 17" VR clubbies on, but the SV's have a good 10mm space in that direction.
