does anyone know what the consequences are for being caught driving without your p's? my friend took out his friend's car for a burn the other day, and there have been complaints filed against the owner, who has their p's. 4 charges i think it is. the cops didnt see anything, and there are only the complaints made by other drivers. what sort of trouble do you think my friend would be in? what are the options they could take? can anyone help out please its very important.. if they went to the police station and told them everything would they get off with a warning or just a fine? there was speeding involved and handbrakies and some burnouts. cheers.
