well as the tittle says my car got smashed of friday night i was comming down hoddle st with the misses and a few friendsa slowing down for a red light then all of a suddon the guys just slams up my ass doin at least 100 clicks so i jump out of the car straight away very pissed off then he went to take off so i said get the *** out of ur car and he went to take off again so i took his keys then i was sittin there havin a smoke watchin N/A and turbo vls goin past cops rock up and took him away he was deaf couldnt talk and was also pissed so i went to the cop shop to get his address ect go round to hisa house he has no insurance but hid wife is willing to pay for it. *** all damage to my car just the ass end pushed in his car the whole front end ***ed

well my baby is going in2 th panel shop next week she is going to get the ass end fixed up a full respray and all bumpers and moulds done in astroid silver i am also gonna find out how much extra to get a nice perl put through the paint i will put sum pics up later after work andway back 2 work now

you say he hit you doing '100 clicks'. I'd hate to see you and your car if he hit you at that speed, and secondly there is no road with a set of lights in the middle a 100 zone, let alone a 90 zone.
Sorry to hear that it happened, but you'd be a little worse for wear if he hit you at that speed, or anything close to it to be honest.
its unfortunate mate, but at least you and everyone is ok and can walk away from it.
i know its a really hard situation to be in. but let insurance and all that bizzo settle it. dont press charges or anything. put yourself in his shoes. I bet he would swap all the money in the world even his own soul just to get his hearing back.

Bad luck mate, but yeah i doubt it was 100 kays, cause I got hit up the ass by an un-insured wanker doing around 70 km/h and not 1 part of my car was left straight.. Totally written off and bent to the s**thouse.
Good news is your car sounds like it has hardly any damage and is easily fixed.
IT sucks. And you know what, who gives a **** if he was deef, dumb and had one arm amputated, If you do something like that you deserve no simpathy from anyone. I dont care how disabled you are. You make a mistake you pay for it. Simple.

Don't be a cunt, the idea is that you get your car fixed so that it was in the condition it was in before it was smashed. The game is not to see how much you can take the unfortunate driver for.
