For you guys that have done the drum to disc conversion, what did you do about brake lines? Did you use the lines off a Calais/VLT or did you bend the N/A ones to suit?

Depends which way you do it. You can either get a complete disc-to-disc diff, or just get the brake setup and put it on your existing drum housing.

Ive done this conversion numerous times, the disc brake end has short hard pipes going to the ends of the diff then short flexible hoses to the calipers. You cant use the drum piping. The flex line off the body to the diff itself can be reused though.

I got the drivers side in fine, just can't get the passenger side one in. I have done a complete disk diff conversion. Here is a picture of it to help. Need to find out whats going on asap! Tried pushing on everything while doing it up but it just won't grab onto the thread. Sorry for hi-jacking your thread bud! EDIT: Its all sweet now. Worked it out, the actual hard brake line was slightly bent towards the diff, straightened it out and it screwed in. Perfect, now to check everything, put hand brake cable in and ill have it all sweetas! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
