Errrr more information? Have you got the cross over boxes at all? If so then you will run your power.earth wire from your headunit/amp to the power/earth 'in' terminals on the cross over box... Then run your power/earth wires from 'woofer' output to the speaker (6inch i take it?) and then run the remaining power/earth wire (smaller wire) from the remaining output to the tweeter and press play.

Well thats a completely different thing then. Be more specific. What ever you normally listen to, use those songs and play with the settings from there.

different songs and genres will sound different. for example if you wanted to set up the staging and amound of treble, you may get it PERFECT for a certain acoustic and vocal song, yet when you stick on a rock song it may sound a bit wrong. so it's all about trying different songs you KNOW WELL and can get a match between everything you listen to

Why set the way they sound to anything BUT music you actually listen to? You don't have to "Set up" tweeters as such anyway, just wack them into the crossover and off you go.
