Hey guys, I'm looking at moving up to sunny QLD, in specific, the gold coast. I'm looking for some full time work. Wouldn't mind going back to some hard labour after being in the office for a while. im pretty flexible, very experienced in hard labour, office work and warehousing, but will try anything! Basically i need to take home around $600 a week to survive. Willing to drive a bit to work also, i drive a fair way now down here so i dont mind too much Cheers Kane Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Haha, yeah well I think you'd be better of staying down Mornington/PI way for waves wise. Just buy a better sealed 4/3. Trust me the surf is much better in vicco (besides the cold), you have a pretty much unlimited source of swell (woolies), I swear it never goes flat. You will come up here, sit at snapper for 2 hours and get 2 ****ty waves and get dropped in on and then go **** there was never this many c unts down cold miserable vicco. I know its not the same as the goldy "hype" wise but the sunny coast is way more mellower with just as much surf.

Kane, try labouring for a construction company. Hard work obviously, but my bosses boyfriend is clearing $1000 a week before tax, and recieving around about $700 after tax. Or if you can, I know at Big W there is a bloke who earns nearly $1000 a week. He is the guy that works on the backdock. No sh*t, he earns more than the store manager does a week. Woolworth's have the same position I think. Would be a pretty easyish job but I reckon. A mate of mine is building trusses now. Started like 2 weeks ago and he's on $20+ an hour. So he's also clearing alot of money. Jason.
