Hey guys,
I wanna do a boot install in my VL but the boot leaks like a busted garden hose. and the bits of plastic the window runs up and down in have broken in the corners
Where can i go in brissie to get new seals and plastic bits that will definatly work and stop the leaks....and how much are they

Pull off the boot rubber, and remove the rear window. Then I bet you will find that you need more than just a couple of new seals...

theyre supposed to be one peice with a mitre'd cut (not completely cut thru) up in the corners and they just fold to form the 90degree bend.
even if theyre broken , just wind the window down , and u should be able to actually pull the rubber back up into its proper position.
changing the rubbers is a bit of a pain in the ass job, glass has to come out etc. when i had my car stripped to paint it , and before re-assembley i changed all my rubbers , it was easy then
