I don't know about the turbo's, but I think the Monsta Performance highmount manifolds go OK? Although, I do recall a bloke on here saying that his mates Monsta T04E was holding up nicely at 18psi. Jason.

Alot of bad feedback has been had in regard's to these el cheapo type Chinese turbochargers. A bargain at first perhaps, but could burst at any time, not from boost/being overworked, but from poor manufacture.

As the age old saying goes "I wouldnt touch them with even your di ck!" Yer.. You get a fue "OMG bro! mine is like holding 20PSI allday and gets it at 2kRPM bro!" But then there is an overwelming amount saying "I installed it.. started that car and there was this odd sound.. reved the car and it spat the rear wheel off...."

usually with cheap chinese product, anything without moving parts is fantastic,ie manifolds etc.the turbos arent assembled with the same quality as other manufacturers.ie thei clearances etc.also saying that my mate has a t70 and elcheapo wastegate on his r33,and it goes fine, has been for 12 months.

http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showth...ghlight=monsta (http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=70485&highlight=monsta) there's another thread on cheap turbo's SLIMVL how many kms has your turbo set up done ? i had one but never installed it never had the balls to do it i was to worried about it *****n its self then id be stuck with all the mods, hi mount manifold, ect. ect. and id have to go spend some big bucks to get a large garret turbo that would last. and iv heard also some arnt as bad as others like if you bought 10, 5 of them would only last 5,000 kms thats just what iv heard.

im probably gonna buy one soon, maybe, as im sick of the trade offs of using a t3.i dont like low mount turbos and i hate that it is so hard to make a good dump pipe for a t3 as well.looks like im putting a monsta t3/t4, 45mm wastegate and ebay manifold on a berlina in a couple of weeks.ill let yo know how it goes.by the way as far as i can tell these turbos would bolt straight into a standard vl position anbd dump pi[pe, u wouldnt need the water lines but.even the stock dump pipe and wastgate seems to fit.if they are rteliable it may be a better alternative to trying to find a good secondhand t3...

mines done about 2000 kms but its all hard kms, drag racing burnouts, dynoing ect im just thrashing the ass out of the thing. its only got a n/a botom end so im waiting for it to pop (been waiting a year though) its making good power and even if it did **** tomorow i would still be verry satisfied with its lifespan, ive had a t03 last less kms after a rebuild so im happy with this 1. an im guessing that a garret turbo wouldnt get warrnty with the abuse that i am giving it so im not that conserned, id rather blow a $400 turbo cos i was doing 3rd gear nuts than a $2000 garret. im runing 20 psi andhave ran 27-30 through it. its lasted well. and for the cost i wouldn't go past 1
