I'll have to go to the video ref on that one blownhsv as i've only got a couple of group shots on film and its hard to make out number plates/build numbers. Are you reffering to the Street Commodore photo shoot in Manly(Nth Bris)?I turned up that day late and missed out on write up in mag-wasn't happy.I remember build number 001 Walky but doesn't sound like you owned it back then?My one and only pic is on page 27 of Street Commodore 10th anniversary yearbook-i'm wearing addidas long sleeve leaning on sunroof Walky with 17"clubbie rims.

your absolutely right there, i didnt own it then. A bloke by the name of Keith Boucaut owned it then (top person). Thats who i bought it from. I owned another one in those days (149). in the pic when there standing at the boot of there cars, 001 is the first. when there in line, 001 is the 2nd (it had a phone aerial on the front windscreen then.

Yes i remember Keith but didn't talk to him that day as i arrived late. The pic of the Walkys driving in a single line on the highway was taken from back seat of my Walky, that was on the road to the Bris airport. Its a shame that we all lost contact with each other shortly after the day of the 14 Walkys cruise-i think most of the Walkys have sinced changed hands. It would be good to get all Walkys together in QLD again.I have driven mine as far as Mackay back in 2002 so i almost made it to your town.

Im planning to have a walky cruise in Perth sometime later this year, and it would be good to see if we could do the same in Melb and Sydney, if there is enough numbers (I know corsa has had mini ones by himself!) Im not fussed if they are original or replicas, as long as there is some of both!

Does anyone know where i can buy a carbra for my mini walky?I'm thinking of changing my rims and putting in a sunroof just like my real one-suspension i'll leave alone as it has no body roll.

Thats awesome, thanks Craig for posting the pics bigger and to Corsa for the ones from Bathurst. If only we could remove our front spoilers like the Drag car Walky we wouldn't have to repair them so often lol.

Its a shame as i had made friends through cruises and HSV car club meetings who owned Walkys but lately everyone has ended their ownership of these special cars.Hopefully through this website and walkinshaw.net we can keep all Walky owners in contact with each other.

Thats the aim of the site... To build up a community of walky owners and lovers, and share the info... I am glad that there is people using this part of the fourms now....Makes me more motivated to get the site looking good! I'll get there!
