Hey guys,
Just been in melbourne for about a month now and in the next two weeks im purchasing some rims but the thing is i dont know where the best/cheapest place is to go..
And i also need my gaurds rolled so a joint place that will do both would be handy..
I also want to get white walls.. now i dont want the painted on ****..
Anyone know where in melbourne i can get them done?

Yeah I had white walls on mine. A guy in Epping does them, cant remember his name. They cut them into your original tyres. Costs about $120-$150 a set. What side of melb you living?

Im going with some guy named dennis and hes paints the white walls on. im in Frankston pretty much. very south lol.. but yeh you own a red/silver cal?

Yeah I own a red/silver CT. He should be doing a cut grove then they paint them on!
Whatever you do, don't use tyre shine on them. If you do wipe it on with a rag and keep it off the whitewall, It stains and can make the paint flake.
They will fade over time and are something that should be done every 6 months to keep looking at their best! Also The guy up in epping does mostly GT stuff so he can do redwalls as well. His quality is tops!

I had my CV8's done on the weekend..
he went out of his time to do them on a friday arvo (dennis) and came up a treat.. and seriously.. for the money its worth it $100 all four and 40 mins of my time
