WHY WOULD YOU CUT HOLES IN YOUR CAR?? Here is a brief run down. We sell Hybrid kits, but they require 1 hole to be cut in the chassis (ILLEGAL), they require you to remove the air con and they require you to remove your air box (pod filter and intercooler in many states is ILLEGAL). BUT there is not really any other cheap option.... Or is there??? We have developed a kit from scratch to your specifications. The front mount intercooler measures 600*230*76mm's and uses Trust style end tanks. The end tanks are polished aswell as the piping, the piping is also mandrel bent aluminium and has minimal visable weld marks (as seen in the pictures). The pipe work is all 2.5" and is designed to support 300+ rwkw's. The kits allow you to keep aircon, keep your stock airbox, and there is no need for any holes to be cut in your car. We deal direct with the factories in Asia and also deal direct with the customers (you guys) to help keep the prices down. This kit will retail for $649 but will be available for calaisturbo.com members for $599, or $499 for the first 20 people to pre-buy. THE STUFF YOU WANT TO KNOW - The pre-buy is staring as of today (14th of June) - The kits will be manufactured by the 10th of July and will take around 2 weeks to arrive after this date. - The pre-buy price is only $499 for the complete kit (including polished mandrel bent pipes, 1x 600*230*76mm polished intercooler with trust style end tanks (made to our specifications to suit the VL), all silicone hoses, clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts, etc. - Freight: (by registered post with full insurance) VIC: $30 SA/NSW: $45 QLD: $50 WA/NT: $70 How to order: - Please make payment for $499 + freight (freight costs are just above), all of our payment details can be seen here: http://www.gktech.com.au/details.asp?Step=5 - Once payment is made please fill in this form and either email it to us at [email removed] or fax it to us on (03) 9741 9660 http://www.gktech.com.au/vl.doc - If you have any questions about ordering please feel free to send me a PM, send us and email or give me a call direct on [phone removed]. And pictures of the long awaited kit: FRESH PICTURES!! NOTE: ---- The retail kit will come with either black or blue silicone hoses (you can choose at time of placing your order) ---- The retail kit will also be bead rolled on the edges of all the piping to ensure no pipes pop off under high boost levels. ---- Also note that the top pipe which goes to the throttle body (the main pipe that is visible) has NO [ZERO] visable weld marks. After the pre-buy the price will be $599 for calaisturbo members and $649 retail. cheers, Greg Kruse - GK Technologies www.gktech.com.au (http://www.gktech.com.au) LIST OF CONFIRMED ORDERS: (will be updated as payments are confirmed) 1. Guys I've seen the kit in the flesh and it certainly is very impressive. Very neat and tidy and looks to be of very high quality! Could not ask any better value for your money IMO.

If the turbo outlet is in the exact same location it will be a 100% direct fit. If it isn't in the same spot then one of the pipe will need to be modified or repaced. This could be done with ease at an exhaust place or something like that. I wouldn't expect it to cost anymore than $100 or so as the hot pipe is quite short. cheers, Greg

Just out of curiosity, who actually makes these kits?

The kits should be here in around 5-6 weeks, so say 4-5 weeks this deal will be ending. At this stage I would anticipate that all 20 kits will be sold by that stage (or very close too) Quote: Originally Posted by xplosive Just out of curiosity, who actually makes these kits? The quality is like no other kit in Australia and for the price it is in my opinion *incredible* (not trying to blow my own horn). cheers, Greg --------------------------------------------- More pictures are now up

Price is absolutely amazing. Kit looks to be amazing quiality and the ability to have an exccellent cooler kit without chopping unsightly holes on the car is going to be very popular. If I ever build anyother VLT this would be the kit i'd purchase. Well done mate.

Just curious! The car that the cooler has been put on has no a/c. I would like to see what it looks like on a car that has a/c, p/s. ect. Cheers Tim
