Why you getting rid of them? They look sweet on your car. Don't tell me the cops done you for them, cos i'm getting the same rims soon. Did you have alot of trouble with cops while you had them on?

I didnt say i was getting rid of them, ive had my eyes on a set of 19s for a while but am tossing up whether to spend my funds on wheels or just the car.. started this whole thread off by saying i am "looking to sell" but so far ive had mega interest.. As far as cops are concerned their sweet.. i got canaried the first week i had the car but the pigsta didnt say n e thing about the wheels.. he actually liked them lol

You cannot legally (without engineering) fit rims 3 inches larger than stock to a road registered car. Check tyre placard. Very nice rims, free bump, im a big fan of these... they are one of those wheels that just look like they were made for a vl. You should get easily more than 1000 GL Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

As the law states, wheels must not be greater than 2" larger in diameter than what was originally offered on the model in question. As Walkies were released with 16" rims as standard that makes 18's on a VL perfectly legal.

that makes them fit a walkie perfectly legally, as walkies have the tyre placard sticker for 16 inch tyres Regular vl tyre placard stickers say either 14 or 15 inch depending on the model. And that is where the legality is judged from Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Like i said boys i got pulled up and canaried a week and a half after i bought the bt1 and the pigsta was quite the coksucker.. But after getting me to lift my hood 3 times and a thourough check around the car (were talkin like 3-4mins) all he canaried me on was my drivers seat, parker and brakelight globe, handbrake adj and my fcking steering wheel.. lol wat a wanker.. but believe it or not he passed the cooler and the wheels no worries.. i was always under the impression that you could go 2" bigger, regardless i couldnt give 2 shts.
