my mate has a 1983 Datsun 1200 Ute to sell or trade for a VL Calais or VR\VS
commy plus the difference.
It has....
29,742 original k's (still on factory tread!),
1200 engine,
4 speed manual,
3 months rego,
good interior (dash in good condition)
he bought the car late last year and had plans to clean it up, give it a
paint job, put some white walls on it etc....but things don't always go to
plans! :-( so now he is looking for a car that he doest need to touch (for now
anyway).
The ute is very stock. Is does have rust but that explains the price i'm
asking. Some old guy had it from new before me but after a triple heart
bypass, the car hardly moved for years. It ticked over 11,000 k's in it's
first 2 years and then trickled through the rest. Very rare to find with so
few k's on the clock.
he is hoping to swap it for a VL Calais or a VR\VS commodore and he will make up the difference in value.
