that is a T25/T28 rear flange just had a look at a T28 flange exactly the same mate. which end you talking about???? the 3 bolt exhaust flange or rear turbo flange? cause the 3 bolt 1 is just a exhaust joiner theres heaps of different types of them around.

I thought VL T3s were the only stupid factory turbo that have an integral wastegate in the dump itself? Or did other factory turbos come with this setup? My guess is thats off a VL T3 and they just havent used all the bolt holes for simplicity...5 bolts would be enough anyway to get good clamping force... Theyve done a very good job compared to some ive seen.....

thats off a a t3/t4 its the same as the one i've got i got both turbo and wastegate from the states i think they are slightly different to a t28 flange and wont fit standard vl turbo. i think they were selling similar turbo's on ebay recently

Just use 4, with a gasket it should still seal fine.

i have no idea if theres a gasket for it?...and yes i'd be thinking if you had a bolt in each corner and the flange itself is the same shape as the back of the turbo then it'll seal just fine. Which bolt hole dont line up?

i think the one furthest on the right of the pic near the wastegate thingo

If the bolt holes don't line up, I assume the wastegate flap won't line up either.
