Does any know what slicks fit under VL guard with standard suspension and no guard mods, I heard 26x10s but also heard only 26x8.5s

26x10 will fit if u roll the guards and remove the rear seatbelt bolts, with standard springs that is.

go the 8.5's... they can put a lot of power to the ground.

get 9" wide. 8.5 has plenty of clearance and 9" would be perfect. 10" hangs out the guards and looks terrible

are you talking tread width or overall width? a 26x9.5 has a tread width of 8" (235/60/15) part#3752R a 26x11.5 has a tread width of 10" (275/50/15) part#3753R but a 27x10.5 has a tread width of 8.8" (255/60/15) part#3756R these are all mickey thompson street radial specs would the 27x10.5 fit on a std rearend vl?

would the 26x11.5 fit wit rolled guards and widened calais rims or would they look silly? just thinkin that the more rubber on the ground the better

It would depend on the offset of the rim and how low the car was. PANNIC is only running a 10" slick isn't it? I'm only using a 26x8.5 and have no traction issues, even on a cold track.

the car is getting raised so height wont be a problem this should really be in a different thread as im talking bout the radials, not full slicks as i want alot of traction on the street
