Hey guys this is now my second VL ive owned, 87' Series 2 Berlina. I bought her off a used car dealer in pristine condition, original owner was eldery so the car is immaculate. Car came with full receipts, log books etc. The car was a complete stocker when i bought it lol; hubcaps, standard height, standard Holden cassette player & the awful pinstriping :P, but that was expected knowing the car was owned by an eldery woman. Ive had the car for nearly 2 months now and things have changed a fair bit. New headlights and blinkers have been fitted, the car is now rolling on a set of VL calais wheels thanks to a generous donation from the next door neighbour who gave the set to me for nothing. I got new Yokohama rubber wrapped on the wheels, after that was done it was time for the pinstriping to be removed, so i got rid of all the pinstriping. Next thing i did was get the whole motor serviced and new brakes. After a while of driving around, i got bored with the height of the car, so thanks to Pedders SportsRyder springs (2.0 front - 2.5 back) and new shocks the car is now sitting lower and looking alot nicer Future plans for the car include; RB30ET, Quickshift Kit, Fuel System Upgrade, Stereo & Calais exterior conversion (calais front, moulds etc) Until then here are some pics of her as she is now, Hope you enjoy! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
