yeah i know but i bought this place 6 years ago off some dead people and the price has done through the roof, when i bought it came with a registered car spot cause i never used it the strata gave the car spot to a tenant who lived in the block, when its completed or close to ill snap up some pics. once/if i sell this ill also be selling another unit on flinders st surry hills, its brand new less than 2 years old,top floor designer building with views of paddington and a glimpse of the harbour bridge, its has tenants but its a top investment,(currently rentant at $370 p/w) asking $450k,im selling all my other propertys up to buy a waterfront house in connells point,i want my own jetty and boathouse,i wanna catch fish from my backyard, lol. p.s finders fees wills be paid in cash.

ive asked strata to ask any of the owner tenants if they want to sell their garage to me,ive told them im willing to pay 25k for a garage spot, ill see how it goes. its only a small block of 8(2x4)..its quiet and peaceful, plus of an afternoon jump on the wlaking track and have the best perve of your life, plenty of rich single tiprats in that area looking for the sausage.
