Hey guys, as some of you know we're in the process of manufacturing some VLT intercooler kits that keep aircon, no need to cut the bar reinforcement, no need to cut any holes, all mandrel bent with 0 (ZERO) weld marks and all the rest. I'm just curious to see what size exhausts people are running, and also are you using aftermarket dump pipes or standard units? Costs, pictures etc. etc. would be great Greg Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

most run a 3" with a 3" dump pipe, you can get a 3" from 700 to 1000. all would be mandrel bent if its half good. a dump pipe can cost 100+

3inch flange from turbo, dump pipe, 3inch cat, no mufflers all mandrel bent - not as loud as you'd think. The dump pipe cost $150 and the welds are beautiful. The rest was from some bloke on these forums for $300.

3" is what I was thinking. (I'm used to dealing with Jap cars and we all use 3"). What sorts of price are people paying for a 3" turbo back system that's mandrel bent? Greg

varys where u go.... in geelong i got a couple of quotes exhaust bros - $1000 south geelong exhausts - $1100 town n country exhausts - $1000 i think the preferred place would be exhaust bros.. only because if you want to go top-mount as well, they will infact make the manifolds and dump pipe to suit i know ill spend roughly $400 on bends, $300 on mufflers and $200 on a high flow cat hence u can see why theyre so much
