Hi Everyone,
Well, it happened, my car got broken into today at the Rockingham Transperth Park & Ride.
Stolen:
CD Player
2x CD Wallets
Ashtray of Coins (About $80)
Boost Guage
Turbo Timer
Radio & Aircon surround.
They smashed the rear back window. Looks like they attempted to steal the car too. Lucky it was imobillised.
Any information or leads would be great, as WA Police will do something if there was a witness. but since the guards didnt see anything, there not going to bother.
Some people are just so poor. If i find them my wife (in her words) will "Go ouver, stab them, and strangle them with there guts". ITs not even her car!

Exactly, my mates VL got broken into a few days ago. He had solex locks, but what are they gonna do when they can just smash a window and unlock it from the inside because theres no alarm?

Got one of the viper alarms, just not installed yet. I've been moving too much and havnt been in 1 place long enough to install. Moving to Albany (WA) in 1.5 months, and I'm gonna be setteling down (plus the car will then be used as my work car (Computer Tech Stuff)) so I will be installing the alarm hopefully by someone before I leave, or do it when I get down there.

it really does suck. its more inconveniant. Police dont even bother comming out now, they do the whole report over the phone. Once we done the report I called back, and asked 'So what's going to happen now?' they said nothing. IF something comes up, then they may let me know. Its just a 'if we find your radio/turbo timer, etc, we'll call you'.
And here they are advertising on tv that WA has the best forensices team. If they dont bother to check the car out, I may as well go break into a car and get myself a free radio. Unless they do something, this stuffs just gonna keep happening.
And I spoke to a transperth guard, they said they only patrol the station, not the park & ride. If an alarm was going of, they would look, but wouldnt take action. Now I wanna be a transperth guard and sit in a booth all day reading porn, and looking up occasionally.
