Well, he had a 300ZX TT for about 4 years, and it had problems left right and centre. Although it was a very quick car ( ran a 12.8 with little Mods ) he was sick of taking it to the mechanic to get it fixed. He had always wanted a S2000, and Christmas 2004 he finally got one. :-) It's a 1999 Honda S2000, 2.0litre VTEC. No modifications as of yet, but he will be doing some stuff to it later on this year. But I can tell you all now, this thing flies, literally. When he came home with it, I thought, NICE CAR! But, not as quick as the 300zx? Went for a spin, and my jaw hit the ground. He is thinking of Turbocharging it, but he can keep it N/A and do some modifications to have it running low-mid 12's I'll keep you guys updated on his car! Thanks for reading. all u need is a pod filter and rev it out to 11000 rpm and they are crazy

i thought these cars were so highly tuned from the factory that any mods (exhausts etc) generally resulted in a loss of power?

Yep Does he know how to drive it? Took my brother a while to figure out how to properly drive it, but once you get there, it's awesome NEWS : Cold air intake will be fitted next week. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
