Hey all sorry for the noob question but what is a BT1? and whats the difference between LS1 and LS2 engines

BT1 is a Ex Cop Car LS1 & LS2 is just like VT & VX upgraded model, more power etc..

LS2 is 6L isnt it?and LS1 being 5.7

LS1 - 5.7 Litre Chev engine. LS2 - 6.0 Litre Chev engine. LS2 started to come out in the vy and vz range I'm pretty sure.

BT1 ex cop car LS1 5.7 L gen3 LS2 6L gen4 is in the VZ's depends if you can option for it clubbys etc have them and will be in the VE

BT1 - ex cop car known as an interceptor / highway pursuit ls1 5.7 lt chev motor ls2 6.0 lt chev motor only available in HSV's gen 4 6.0 (not the same as an LS2) now available on all Holden V8's Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

my mates dad has a VZ clubsport 6L recons and recons that goes pretty hard

They had to change from the LS1 to the Ls2 as at 1st January 2006 due to emmissions laws which the LS1 failed to comply with.

it must be next generation that are L67's.

^^^LOL 13.5 would be auto manual ones i know a few people that run high 12`s with just zorst and one guy with 3.9 diff,zorst and edit doing 12.3

the L76 is another gen4... and yes it is a 6L its a fourth generation small block V8 family just like the LS2 is.
