your exhaust tip wont change the sound of your car.. but the VT oval shaped ones look good.
Go a high flow cat, resonator and a single straight through muffler, with a set of headers merging into a single 3" system for a V8, or a single 2.5" system for a V6 and they sound good.
Or you can go a cat back system for around 350 for a v6 and 500-600 for a v8..
Lukey, difillipo, hurricane, pacemaker.. the choice is massive!

how much is a single 2.5 system for a v6 roughly?

I got mine from the cat back on my old vn for approx 350..
Took em half an hour to weld a custom one up with two mufflers.. and a nice tip.
then later on if you want a set of extractors.. they'll probably cost you around the same, but maybe keep an eye open on street commodores for a second hand set if your strapped for cash.
Most exhaust places will have v6 systems on the shelf, ready to bolt straight on.
