Hey all, Heres my situation. I have the option to buy a VL Calais S1 N/A auto (motor stuffed) that hasnt been driven for 2 years roughly. with mods as follows. - Pro lowered, king springs super lows, koni shocks etc. - 3 year old diff - worth over 2000.00, built to handle turbo and more power. - 3 inch mendrel bent exhaust from extractors back, genie extractors - Brake upgrade, DBA cross drilled rotors with bigger calipers. - 4 year old custom paint job. - 18inch mags. The car also comes with: - turbo motor straight out af a BT1 (minus turbo as it was stolen) (rebuild needed) - complete MX7 5 speed manual gearbox out of same BT1, (rebuild needed) (Everything for conversion) - Microtec M8 computer, brand new with controller - Heap of spare wheels including original calais rims I would like to know what you guys think it would be worth, rough estimates. also if anyone has had experience in conversions what price's people pay for them, such as rebuilding gearbox, motor and install. keeping in mind a new turbo is required. thanks....

Who knows mate we cant see what your talkin bout,work it out yourself cant you count?

maybe 5 -7 g's remember you need to rebuild motor and g/b g/b 1500-2500+ depending how good u want and money motor more than g/b depending on how many mods u want

5-7g ? hes talkin bout a 4yo paint job we know nothin about then a 3yo exhaust,then a 3yo diff which could have been used at burnout comps then we have a flogged out MX7 box,mags etc I just don,t know how someone can estimate his stuff,try ebay.

Ha ha ha thats funny man, 'no one wants to hear crap' I kind reckon no one wants to 'read crap' no one can tell you whats your stuff is worth as we have no idea what condition your 'stuff' is in or the what kind of mags you have,how do you spend $2000 on a diff?,any way if you think its worth $2000 then its worth $2000 eh,I am sorry I sound sarcastic but if you add up the total of your car and parts what you think they are worth you will get a total,no one on this forum can see your car or stuff or know how stuffed your motor or box is, what do rekon its worth threads are crap.
