Hey there, since im bored i thought i'd post up some specs and pics about my ride. Its currently a project to be my first car, and once the car is done (painted, everything right) I will be buying a turbo engine and diff etc to put in. I bought this car a few months ago very cheap, but with a stuffed auto. When i got it home i cleaned the interior up a bit. Vacumed it out, and cleaned the door trims/dash and everything else. The people that previously owned obviously didn't care if they got in the car dirty/ greasey hands. It had marks all over the trims etc. But after a quick scrub they came up nice. The engine has done 250,XXX km's and still runs sweet. It has a slight ticking sound as you would expect but runs smooth. I am getting the bumpers ready for painting, but the drivers side door moulds need replacing, as they have small cracks and will show when it's painted. Will get a couple of new shots in the next couple of days. It's nothing special atm, but i hopefully want it to be a nice first street car. I'm doing all the work myself except for the auto, which is getting rebuilt soon. I am going to have a go at painting the car myself, which isnt bad considering I'm only 16 aswell. Leave a Comment, Cheers

Bought some interceptors for it today, so i'll get a pic of those on soon. Also have chased down some door moulds. When trying to remove the moulds dont ever use a heat gun lol if you want to keep the moulds.

Sounds good. I am currently restoring my beloved 87 Executive that has been in the family since near new. Going to sell my Calais to fund most of the project. The rest I will put into our VT. Probably upgrade to a 10PSI Supercharger Pulley to give it a kick in the pants But very nice. You have got a good interior to work with. Nice neutral colour, which means you can keep it as is for a while. Are you planning on respraying the car the same colour? And are you going to go with the two-tone style paint scheme? Good move leaving the front badge as well. They just don't look quite right without them. I'd be interested in checking up on this when it is done. cheers.
