QUICK RUN DOWN ON THESE GENUINE HYBRID PIPING KITS:
* Piping is 100% chrome plated aluminimum and is 2.75" from throttle body to intercooler and then 2.5" from outlet side of the intercooler to the hotpipe where it ends at 2" for the turbo.
* Only 1 hole needs to be cut in the chasis on the drivers side under wheel arch.
* Piping kit contains all necessary brackets, screws & nuts, silicon hoses, aluminium piping and stainless steel racing clamps.
* All piping kit comes with a step-by-step pictorial instruction for easy DIY installation.
* Comes with a GENUINE HYBRID GTSPEC TUBE & FIN INTERCOOLER which is a race proven intercooler
* Im sure you all know by now what they look like so I wont be posting up any pictures of this kit installed

* For those of you who would like to know, these kits do not flow the same as our custom made piping kits and do not have the A.F.M on the piping which has been proven on many of our own race cars to improve throttle response, increase flutter and stop stalling which frequently occurs on VL turbos with the A.F.M in the standard position. Although the A.F.M can be placed on the HYBRID piping at an extra cost. Also these kits need one hole cut in the chassis compared to our no holes option kit and is laggy due to the turbo hot pipe being longer than what it should be. I can back this up as we have just tested this kit on one of our cars and have come across this. Apart from that these kits are a cheaper option to those of you who dont want to spend the bigger dollars on a CUSTOM MADE INTERCOOLER KIT and still get some performance gain.
* Reasons for A.F.M on piping: As we all know higher density/colder air combusts greater in the motor as long as it has sufficient fuel to match. Having said that the A.F.M on the piping senses correct air density and temperature coming out after the intercooler which in turn tells the computer to supply more fuel to match the incoming air temperature and density.

i assume the tube and fin coolers can be changed with a hybrid bar and plate cooler with no troubles?
Also, how much to get the afm in the pipes?
yes of course no trobles at all. To put the A.F.M in the piping it will be an extra $100.00. Also we can add mountings for blow off valves and the like if required..

No, these are totally different to our CUSTOM MADE kits as stated previously above. I would still recommend our custom kits over these ones anyday due to flow directions and piping lengths etc etc, but for the price I suppose you cant go wrong...

This kit is exactly the same as the one gktech sells. If you want to see some pictures thats where you will find them. Also these kits are selling basically at cost price at this stage as a special offer. We will revisit our pricing for these kits later on, but at this stage I dont think you will be able to find a cheaper vl turbo kit elsewhere. Our custom made kits are worth $870.00 delivered and as I said earlier I do recommend our kits over these hybrid kits as ours have been tested and proven, but I can supply these hybrid kits to all you ct members for basically what I get them for. Just another way I try to help out you guys and support the site...
