highly illegal, that should be reported! well at least to the rta/vicroads etc, so that way when they try to register it, they need to VIV it (x-ray the strut towers etc etc)

Firstly it's Ilegal to sell this,And you can't just put new complience plates on any VL body all numbers need to match up to the numbers on strut tower.
Someone should report this dude to Ebay they can suspened his account.
