Thanks for all the comments guys I only had to remove the dash so a mate could get to the rust and repair it, you don't need to remove the dash unless you want to Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Thanks Nick... He actually thought mine was the worst he'd seen until I showed him some rust pics of other VL's. He then later told me how a mates vh ss came in to get a fully prepared before it went for a respray (now a candy pink pearl or something like that), came in with out a sunroof and left with a sunroof fitted. He went to place something light on that car's roof, and it fell thought (bad rust). I reckon if mine didn't have a sunroof... knowing my VL, it would of done the same... LOL Yeh Mike, I get withdrawls now and again when you see a nice car get around... Though it will feel funny going from a motorbike back to a car again... It'll feel like I'm sitting on one of those bigass lawnmowers. I saw this wogmobile the other day... yellow monaro with the plates TAXCHT... hmmm no wonder he has that type of car Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Mike, just get it back on the road...lol I remember when you said you were taking it off the road, or ran out of rego. Then it sat in a shed for a while, then at your mates place.... Bloody long time coming.
