after some minor dramas on the 1st attempt we have sorted out my 383 blower setup. the delco with driver box was having some dramas so we have ditched it and fitted a motec ecu. the engine has been idling and had small amounts of boost added on the delco. the noise at idle is crazy! its trying the shake itself off the engine dyno. its lumpier than jordans bra. we have it idling at 1200rpm atm but the motec may have it down closer to 1000rpm. not bad for a cam with almost 700 total lift. we have stripped the delco off off and in the process of fitting the motec and are due for a power run either monday or tuesday. will post video link and power result as soon as i get it.

who's doing the engine dyno? was thinking about running mine in/tuning it on an engine dyno before putting it in the car. what sort of cost are you looking at for the time on the dyno?

bring it on alrite! This thing will be a one way ticket to the gates of hell themselves!! Branko, how does it feel to have such a huge power car there? You say the noise at idle is crazy, ive seen heaps of awesome cars, and often your in awe, whats it like when all of a sudden its your own? I reckon I'd be so proud, yet so envious each time I look in the mirror Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
