hey, i blew my tailshaft center bearing on friday, I found VL TURBO SOLID 1 piece TAILSHAFT for a good price. my question is if it would fit on a 3speed Trimatic trans. full manualised and LSD diff ?? and wats needed for fitting im just taking it to mechanic.

id say the yoke would be different, maybe a different length shaft too..... i had a mate fit a 1 piece up behind a VK years ago cos he kept blowing the 2 piece.....reckons it lasted heaps longer.... that was a while ago i last seen him tho.....

i might give my 2 piece a rebuild, wats the best place and price for a center bearing fix?? its making metal hitting noise under my car, and car is shaking when im driving. very louud noise ! l
