just got bck from the pub watchin tigers thrashhh north qld. the first thing that pop'd into my head was "wheres the ****in fire extinguisher?' then i realised its in my vl not my ute...funny thing is i only registered the **** today.blue-slipped yesterday... as fior the motor being ok.. i doubt it as the fire ****s took the airfilter off and filled the motor up with ****. i have taken the sump off and drained it but cant b gucked doin much else at the moment. trimatic and 9iinch ill be sweet. anyway...after i noticed smoke i turned off the ignition (and pulled the key out), and yet the pump continued to pump, and it was still cranking.... i'm ****in beside myself aye, gonna choppa few cones then go check her out...either way she's a write off as the whole interior is gone. so theres 1yrs solid build and 25k down the drain.....plop! Ps. Branko i dont need that rubber anymore.

is a blue slip a rwc? If so how the hell did it pass a blue slip the day before with a 'massive' fuel leak? I guess it was a sweet rwc? Maybe that's what safety checks are for. Either way sorry to hear mate, that would be totally destroying if that happened to me.
