Hi i have two amps running at 450wrms each at full pelt, Was wondering how or if you can hook up two amps to one subwoofer to get more power into the sub. Has anyone done this before? I mean of course they have but how did you do it?

Im not sure how it could be that good for it.... No matter how you bridge it the power differences between the 2 amps will always be different. I know I asked this a while ago because I had a dual coil sub and I was told that because the differences in the amps power, the sub would most likely blow because of the power differences. Not sure if this helps, but there is my useless info for u

yep, even using the same amps you'll almost never get the EXACT same power level (2 amps are never the same) going to each coil, an uneven load will blow the **** out of it, instead of buying 2 crap amps for your sub, buy 1 good one.
