For a nasty cheap tire i don't mind nankang. They grip average. Falken Ziex 326 are good high high km's, nothing else, they grip marginally better than bald tires...

Also the thoughts I voice on tyre brands are my "own opinion" not that of who i work for. Just to make that clear

I found the falken wore even but was very quick to completely lose its tread whearas the nan kangs have lasted a fair bit longer but have worn more in some pleces then the other brand but id say thats got a bit to do with who fitted them bodgy priaks

thats cos the falkens are a softer compound... nothing compares to the ze326's i am using now for grip, atleast out of all the tyres i have used previously... they hug the road like sh*t on a wall. they just dont last as long.

in regards to nankangs... they are a hard compound tyre. there is nothing wrong with them, they are just suited to dry weather better. all tyres have to pass australian standards before they can be sold so if they were that bad they wouldnt be on the market. in saying that, there are better tyres around for sale.

I got nankangs on my vl and as far as im concerned they have lasted me for a while now especially how crazilly i drive (caution frequently sideways sticker says it all), and also grip pretty good for their value. all up i think nankangs are a good value for money.

yes - falkens grip good and are cheap - the 326 actually costs most retailers the same as the 512. and i paid $172 a tyre for a 235/45/17 in a falken ze-512. however they wear bloddy quickly, i killed a front set after bout 7,000kms. the next set i went a little easier on. then had some sawa intensa's on the rear got second hand with 95% tread - *** shocking tyre. next tyre i would buy is the dunlop sport 3000a or sumthing - wear nice and grip awesome.
