tps seems to farked, so the car cant get a nice idle going and stalls. went and picked up another from a mate, and his one is different. mine is auto, and the tps has a 3 wire plug coming from it, while the one i got doesnt. is this a manual/auto difference? anyone shed some light on this? cheers, -jimmy

I think that the Auto ones have a close and open sensor as the manual only has the fully open sensor? Not too sure on that one

yea the manuels dont kneed the kickdown part of the tps hence the extra plug not being there, the manuel cars still have the loom end of the plug just nothing for it to plug into, its also what brings the PWR light up on the dash for auto, i know mine is now man, but has all the autp parts still on it and when i boot it the PWR light stills comes on.

Not really, it's just a little blessing telling you to convert to a manual :P

When you put your tps back on, make sure that you position it correctly otherwise your car will drive rough.

nah afm is fine, i got a new one, as well as cas and coolant temp. has fuel and spark, so this is one of the few other things that could possibly be causing my probs. -jimmy
