cos i dont have a free garage. my car is getting put together and dont really want to paint in a location where my car is. plus i cant be assed and rather pay someone else to do it except i dont have the money for a shop to do it.
also it is a LE kit with a bit of bog in the rear bar as the line has been taken out from previous owner. consists of le rear bar. front bar, front LE lip, side skirts top skirting and door moulds and wanting it asteroid silver which i already have a liter which will make roughly 2-2.5 when mixed with thinners (cant remember ratio).

mate i know the perfect dudes, there retired painters that have been in the trade for 30 years, they just do smaller sized jobs and do a fantastic job, but take a little longer than normal because of that, they did my car and the kit. Remind me when you pick up the harness dude...

18-06-05, 11:21 GMT+10#10 its kinda complicated because we did it in stages but i would say everything including painting the kit, welding in channels under the windows for the rust, straightening all the panels costed about $4000. But remember i went for a Mica paint which is about double the price of normal paint, but you get what you pay for dude...

20-06-05, 19:53 GMT+10#17 If you like i can give you their number. Basically they work from home, two older retired ex-painters that have been doing it for over 30 years, dudes that do great work and just damn i couldnt rekommend them enough really! the main guy is irish so you have to listen carefully to what hes actually saying ~! But anyway they do sweet work and take their time and are very competitively priced, get some other quotes from companys then give them a call, you wont look back i certainly didnt! send us a pm for their number...
