Hey guys Im converting my brakes from N/A to turbo brakes, I was just wondering who I would need to tell about the upgrade, to get it changed over in my cars specifications
Is it Vicroads or the RTA?

there is no RTA, it's now Vicroads, I'd just mention it to your Insurance company.

I want to try keep things above board. Because later on I want to complete a turbo conversion and I want to get the car ready for that
