hey guys, i got a mate in the process of putting in a vn v6 engine in to a tg gemini. he has the brackets from the engine bay to the hq mounts but were not sure what mount to hook up from the hq mounts to the v6 engine? any help much appreaciated(sp?) and if anyone know another forum i could try let us know. cheers. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

www.rodshop.com.au (http://www.rodshop.com.au) makes mounts from vn to gem , talk to them theres also a few others i dont see why u would have hq mounts unless u putting a hq motor in ?

yea we got the brackets from the rod shop, he said that we needed the hq rubbers(not mounts?) to adapt to the brackets he sent us, but we need to know what goes on to fit the hq rubbers to the engine? every time we try call him its busy and i mean all the time.

well rubbers makes sence , just go buy 2 new hq rubbers , they are just a rubber block with a bolt out each side !

yeh, allready got them but they dont bolt up to the engine? We need to find what (if not custom) mount that bolts from the hq rubber to the engine.

their is a green gem around melb with the plates iamno4 with a 3.8 v6 in it, it's also supercharged, someone might know more about it?
