Hey everyone im doing some work to the VL was just wondering if someone can help me out with turbo setup and good workshops... Basically i wanted to run the XR6turbo (internal wastegate) .. on the standard manifold with a spacer -> is this possible? And does anyone know how much a brand spanket XR6 gt35 costs? and where to get them? Previouos setup of mine have run off external wastegates - with the internal wastegate running say 1.5bar - you's think boost flutter will be a problem? 2ndly,,, im planning on running larger bosch injecotrs, bosch fuelpump, microtech LT8 ,,, this turbo setup with standard plenum (can anyone see not upgrading the plenum as being a major restriction?) Also the motor is healthly ,, just run over 200,000kms.. compression test came up fine -> with say 250-280rwkw you think the motor will hold up? anyone that can help it would be much appreciated.

With your Km's on your engine i would not go more than 260RWKW and yes should hold up nicely if you got a good set up worked out without shortcuts...

I run an internal gated GT35, have no problem with boost controll using an EBC.
