Ok I got given for free (no $$$) a 1988 White VL Executive, Auto, N/A 6cyl as the bloke was sick of looking at it and the motor wasnt running right, anyway I got it home and the interior was a rats nets, after cleaning out the car and making it look like it should, I opend the bonnet and replaced the airflow meter and the car is running great now, as for the body the boot seal channel has a hole in it and a bit of rust in the spare wheel well, as for the rest of the car it needs a small dint in the front 1/4 pannel fixed. new complete front b/bar as some kids stole it and in the back end it needs fixing as some idiot backed into it (light damage) All goin well it will be all fixed and be RWC and registerd for Sale in the next few months Here is a pic of it next to my VLCT Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Yeah spent most of today on it, give it a quck cut and pollish, got some prepsol out and got rid of a heap of tar on the paint work, Auto will need a service as its not changing into 4th gear really well, would be good with a shift kit but yeah not really worth it unless I keep it Checked the timing on the engine and got it at 17 deg adv, try and get some power from it, lol this week Ive got a mate who is goin to check out the radiator suppport and give me a quote on repairs Also got to get some black kill rust for the boot floor, I'll give it a good sand back with a wire brush and give it a quick coat, also go to get rid of the old tow pack as its useless hopefully should have some of the small jobs done this week changed the engine oil, it was fairly chiunky, motor hadnt been started for 12 months Also the lad who owned the car wants the **** rims back and a gay rice looking s/wheel, So I'll be hunting around the wreckers for a set of Interceptors and a s/wheel Hopefull get a few more pic up this week of it
